Terms & Conditions

1. Seller
The online store at virya.music ("Store") is operated by WB Soft ("Seller"), ul. Braniborska 50/2, 53-680 Wrocław, NIP: 8943126279. Contact: virya.crew@gmail.com.
2. Products & prices
All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN) and include 23% VAT. Delivery is charged separately as a flat fee shown at checkout. Promotional prices apply only while the relevant promotion is active.
3. Orders
Placing an order by completing checkout and paying constitutes an offer to buy the selected items. A contract of sale is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email. Product availability and sizes are limited; if an item becomes unavailable after payment, the Seller will contact you and refund the affected amount.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Available methods include BLIK, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and payment cards. The Seller does not store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the InPost Paczkomat you select at checkout, within Poland. Estimated dispatch is within a few business days of payment; delivery times depend on the InPost network.
6. Withdrawal & complaints
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days and to make complaints about defective goods. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
7. VIRYA Area pilot
VIRYA Area is a free location-based loyalty pilot. A signed-in player who completes the short in-zone GPS verification unlocks one digital lyric collectible and 1 VIRYA Credit per drop. No physical marker or QR code is required. The collectible is for personal display; all music, lyrics, artwork and related intellectual property remain with their respective owners.
1 VIRYA Credit can be exchanged for one single-use winning code. In one Store order the code makes the highest-priced single available merchandise unit in the cart free and removes the InPost delivery charge; any additional items remain payable. Credits are account-bound. Winning codes are single-use, have no cash value, may not be resold and are not cryptocurrency, an investment or a financial product. The code expires after 12 months.
Participants must remain on publicly accessible, safe ground and obey local rules. Never enter private property, roads, railway areas, rooftops or construction sites. The operator may postpone, relocate or close a drop where safety, damage, abuse or circumstances outside its control require it; already issued merch codes retain their stated expiry.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights. Information about out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is available from UOKiK.
