Who operates Virya services
Virya services are operated by WB Soft Wojciech Bator, ul. Braniborska 50/2, 53-680 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 8943126279. For privacy and deletion requests, contact virya.crew@gmail.com.
Delete your Virya Signal fan account
In Virya Signal open My profile → Signal settings → Delete Virya account. Confirm the warning once more. The app asks CrowdRelay to erase the account first and removes the encrypted local profile only after the server confirms deletion.
Request Virya Signal deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, email virya.crew@gmail.com with the subject “Virya Signal — Account Deletion Request”, preferably from the address used for the Signal account. Do not send passwords, PINs, session tokens or other authentication secrets. We may ask for a minimal verification step before acting on the request.
What Signal deletion removes
We remove active fan sessions, push-notification endpoints, profile name and locale, the account email from the active fan identity, AREA account linkage, acquisition/referral relationships, Synesthesia reward-entry data, Synesthesia account linkage and any public Synesthesia leaderboard publication. Existing referral codes are disabled. Anonymous gameplay may remain without a link to the deleted account.
Records that may be retained
A minimal pseudonymous tombstone and consent evidence may be retained for audit integrity. Paid order, ticket and accounting records may also be retained for fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retained records are not usable to sign back into the deleted Signal account.
Virya Automation / Meta deletion
For the internal Virya Automation social-media integration, email virya.crew@gmail.com with the subject “Virya Automation — Data Deletion Request”. Include the name or username of the connected Facebook or Instagram account and, if available, the Page or Business Account name. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Timeframe and future access
Manual deletion requests are verified where reasonably necessary and handled without undue delay. You may also revoke Virya Automation from Meta Business Integrations / Apps and Websites; revoking access stops future Meta API access but does not by itself delete copies already stored by us.
